1. General Provisions
1.1. GoIT (GoIT or “we”) is an international group of companies providing information and consulting services in the field of informal IT education, helping to get new skills and offering opportunities to start a new career in a dynamically developing industry.
During the provision of services, the electronic form of information delivery is used solely as a means of transmitting the results of such services and cannot be considered a digital service.
1.2. The legal relationship between GoIT and you is primarily governed by these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”), as well as by the Privacy Policy and other relevant agreements. The Privacy Policy and the Terms are publicly available on the GoIT website, while other agreements (contracts) are concluded between you and GoIT in accordance with applicable law and mutual agreement.
1.3. These Terms are entered into with Private limited company “ITGlobal Group OU”, a legal entity incorporated under the laws of Estonia, Company Reg. No: 16704252, address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Väike-Paala tn 2, 11415, VAT/sales tax identification number: 16704252.
1.4. These Terms constitute a valid enforceable agreement between you and GoIT. Please note that by using this website (the “Site”), you accept and agree to these Terms. You have the right to save a copy of these Terms for future reference. We recommend that you carefully review the contents of these Terms, and if you have any questions, please contact us via email at [email protected].
1.5. We reserve the right to unilaterally amend these Terms. Such amendments become effective once published on the Site without any prior notice. We may (but are not obligated to) notify you of changes to these Terms via email or other means of communication. To stay informed about the latest version of the Terms, we recommend periodically reviewing them on the Site.
1.6. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid under applicable law or by a competent authority, such a provision shall be severed so that the remaining Terms remain in effect and and apply to the fullest expend permitted.
THESE TERMS INCLUDE AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT APPLY TO ALL CLAIMS BROUGHT AGAINST GoIT. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY, THEY ARE SET OUT IN CLAUSE 10, THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. THE TERMS OF THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER ARE NOT APPLICABLE IF YOU RESIDE IN A COUNTRY IN WHICH THE LEGAL SYSTEM DOES NOT RECOGNISE SUCH ARRANGEMENTS. HOWEVER, ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER SHALL ALWAYS APPLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY YOUR LAW SYSTEM, AND ANY DOUBTS REGARDING THEIR APPLICABILITY SHALL BE INTERPRETED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THEIR APPLICABILITY.
2. Services
2.1. GoIT offers information and consulting services in the field of informal IT education (hereinafter referred to as the Services), which include, in particular, but not exclusively:
a) conducting classes in the direction you have chosen in accordance with the approved and developed GoIT programs (modules) and/or
b) checking homework and practical tasks within the scope of the classes and providing feedback on the results of checking these tasks and/or
c) providing access to educational materials (including, but not limited to: classes, video lessons, homework, any data files, texts, computer software, sound files, photo, video and other images) in the direction you have chosen, which are placed in the GoIT information and telecommunications system, and/or
d) providing consultations on training in the direction you have chosen with the involvement of practicing specialists and experienced professionals in the field of IT and/or
e) other services provided and/or may be provided by GoIT.
2.2. The procedure for providing the Services and their scope are regulated by these Terms, as well as other agreements, additional agreements and/or rules/policies that you may conclude or accept separately from these Terms. In the event that you and GoIT conclude separate other agreements, the provisions of such agreements shall prevail over the provisions of these Terms.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and agree to all the terms and rules set out in the electronic documents specified above.
2.3. The Services are provided on a paid basis. The cost of the Services and the procedure for their payment are determined in accordance with the agreements and/or additional agreements concluded with GoIT. In most cases, the Services are split into separate courses for the relevant directions (separately – Course). You can purchase one or more Courses in the directions of your choice.
2.4. Certain Services may be provided for free (as part of promotional activities or in any other manner at GoIT’s discretion). GoIT may change the prices or availability of certain Services without any prior notice. That is, some content that is part of a particular Course may be updated to include new materials or removed altogether. Such changes will not be considered a breach of these Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, free Services are provided on a no-refund basis whatsoever.
2.5. Access to Services is granted individually and cannot be transferred to any other person unless previously agreed with GoIT. You may not transfer your credentials (i.e. login and password) to other persons. We may monitor the use of your credentials and suspend or terminate your account if we believe that they are being used in breach of these Terms.
2.6. GoIT has the right to unilaterally change the start dates of the Services in order to improve the efficiency of their provision and/or terminate any Course. If such termination may apply to you, we will notify you in advance.
2.7. GoIT is not obliged to provide any academic grades, credits or any other similar confirmation of successful completion of the Courses. The Services are provided in the field of informal IT education, and therefore any educational institutions are not obliged to confirm and/or recognize your completion of the Courses. Accordingly, GoIT is not obliged to obtain academic recognition or undergo any certification of the Services.
2.8. GoIT seeks to ensure uninterrupted access to the Services. If you are unable to access the Site or use the Services for a period of time exceeding 24 hours due to our error, you will be able to obtain continued access to the Site or Services for a reasonable period of time. In such cases, please contact us and explain your problem in detail.
2.9. GoIT strives to provide the most up-to-date and relevant Services. GoIT provides Services taking into account current educational information regarding your chosen direction of training, which can be used by you to gain new knowledge and skills in your chosen direction. At the same time, over time, some educational information may lose its relevance due to the constant development of science and technology. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you will not have any claims against GoIT in the event of a possible loss of relevance of some educational information after a certain period of time has elapsed after the completion of the Services. You also agree that GoIT is not responsible for how you will apply the acquired knowledge in practice when solving certain practical problems, since the solution of any practical problem may have several solution options and depends on the quality of your mastery of the material. GoIT does not guarantee any results as a result of the provision of Services, since the result depends on your individual perception of the materials and interest in the Services.
3. Registration and Account
3.1. To use the Services, you need an account with the GoIT information and telecommunications system. GoIT will create your account, but you will need to complete the registration by confirming your email and setting a new password for your account.
3.2. You have to be 18 years or more to get your account registered. If the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence is different from 18 years, then you must reach the relevant age of majority (but at least 18 years) to complete the registration. If you are under 18 years and/or have not reached the relevant age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, you must obtain consent to such registration and use of our Services from your parents/guardians/trustees or persons replacing them in order to register an account in the GoIT information and telecommunications system.
3.3. If you are limited legally (for reasons other than not having reached the age of majority):
(a) in your rights to conclude contracts; and/or
(b) in your ability to exercise other civil rights,
you will not get the account in the GoIT information and telecommunications system and your previous registration will be terminated and your account deleted.
3.4. You do not need to have any special education or training to use the Services, in particular to take a Course, unless otherwise provided for by the requirements for mastering the relevant Course established by GoIT.
3.5. GoIT reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without explaining any reason if we detect a violation of these Terms and/or the provisions of other agreements concluded with you.
4. Payment and Refunds
4.1. GoIT accepts bank transfers and credit card payments as the main payment methods. Depending on your location and other factors, you may:
(a) use additional payment methods;
(b) pay for the Services in installments.
4.2. Payment for the Services may be charged in EUR, USD or your local currency. GoIT does not charge any additional fees or charges for making payment for the Services, but depending on the payment method you choose, banking or other financial institutions (payment system providers, payment institutions, etc.) may charge a fee for such payment. The amount and procedure for setting these fees are determined independently by banking and other financial institutions and do not depend on GoIT.
4.3. We engage third-party payment processors to process payments. You authorize us to supply your payment details to a third-party payment provider for processing your payments. We may change the third-party payment processors. Accordingly, some payment methods may be added or become unavailable from time to time. Please note that GoIT is not a payment institution, and we do not process your payments on our behalf. In addition, you are responsible for paying all sales taxes, customs duties and other mandatory payments established by the laws of the country of your registration or actual residence.
4.4. We may limit or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you have not made the appropriate payment for the Services, including in accordance with the terms of any payment installments provided to you.
4.5. The purchases of the Services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by the applicable law in your jurisdiction or stated in these Terms.
5. Obligations of the User. Prohibited Conduct
5.1. When using the Services, you are obliged to:
(a) maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not to share them with any third party;
(b) notify us of any breach of account security;
(c) comply with restrictions related to intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, not transferring GoIT materials or providing access to GoIT materials to any third party;
(d) respect the principles of academic fairness;
(e) to settle the invoices in due course;
(f) not use the Services for prohibited purposes and/or in violation of these Terms.
5.2 In addition, when enrolling in the Course, you agree to:
(a) dedicate the necessary amount of time to complete the Course;
(b) actively participate in the tasks during the Course, including working in a group to complete group tasks;
(c) prepare homework and/or additional tasks, do not upload any content that is not your homework or does not belong to you at all;
(d) to meet the relevant deadlines;
(e) treat other persons participating in the Course with respect;
(f) refrain from any manifestations of offensive, obscene or illegal behavior;
(g) treat the GoIT team with respect;
(h) do not distribute confidential information about GoIT orally, in writing (including, but not limited to: through reviews, etc.) or in any other way, as well as knowingly false information that may harm the business reputation of GoIT and/or the honor and dignity of its team;
(i) respect the dignity, rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of all persons involved in the implementation of the provisions of these Terms of Service, adhere to ethical standards;
(j) refrain from manifestations of Bullying towards the GoIT team.
The term “Bullying” in these Terms means an act (action or inaction) of a person consisting in psychological, physical, economic, sexual violence, including with the use of electronic communications, committed against a person and (or) by such a person against other persons involved in the implementation of the provisions of these Terms of Service or as a result of the Services provided, as a result of which harm could have been or has been caused to the mental or physical health of another person.
5.3. GoIT does not tolerate harassment, stalking, abusive, obscene or offensive conduct. Any such behavior towards the GoIT team, agents or other users of our Services is prohibited. If we become aware of any such behavior, the violator’s account may be immediately suspended and deleted without any compensation.
6. Intellectual Property Rights and Permitted Use
6.1. GoIT is the sole legal and beneficial owner and/or has an active license (as applicable) to any intellectual property rights to the contents published on the Site, whether protected under copyright laws or otherwise and unless expressly stated otherwise (Intellectual Property Rights). The term “content published on the Site” includes all materials, including but not limited to educational materials, processes, technologies, commercial information, programs, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, designs and any other intellectual property rights of GoIT in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine, EU law and international treaties. No part of GoIT’s products or services may be reproduced and/or disclosed in any way without the prior written consent of GoIT.
6.2. GoIT provides you with a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its Services (including related content) for non-commercial purposes. The scope of such license is limited to educational purposes. In particular, it means that you may not copy, reproduce, decompile or reverse engineer the content published on the Site, unless it is required to complete your assignment and/or further your educational practices. Additionally, you may not share these contents with any third person.
When using the Services, you agree:
a) not to use GoIT’s intellectual property in any other way and for any other purpose (including business or commercial activities) other than to receive the Services;
b) not to copy, not to store on any media, not to alienate in any other way to any third parties (including not to assign/transfer to any third parties) intellectual property objects belonging to GoIT;
c) not to process, not to reproduce, not to modify, not to change intellectual property objects of GoIT, not to create derivative intellectual property objects from intellectual property objects of GoIT;
d) not to transfer your login and password from your account in the GoIT information and telecommunications system to any third parties.
6.3. When using the Services, you can create your own content (including homework, team tasks, quizzes or communication with other users and instructors). You retain full ownership of such content. However, such content does not include content protected by Intellectual Property Rights, and if your content includes our content protected by Intellectual Property Rights, it is considered as protected by Intellectual Property Rights.
For example, you retain all rights to your notes taken during the provision of the Services to you, but you do not become the owner of the presentations or videos used as the basis for your notes.
6.4. Your non-compliance with the provisions of this clause may result in the immediate termination of your account. Apart from that, GoIT may seek recovery of its damages and losses (including consequential losses) which arose from your breach of the provisions of these Terms related to the Intellectual Property Rights.
7. Limitation of liability and indemnification
7.1. We seek to provide you with the up-to-date and relevant Services (including interactive Services and content provided by instructors). However, GoIT does not give any representation or warranty (express or implied) as to the accuracy, completeness and/or relevance of the information provided by GoIT (unless stated otherwise). GoIT may not be held liable for your reliance on such information, including when deciding based on this information. We do not guarantee that you will be able to apply specific information to specific tasks.
7.2. The Services are provided on the “as is” basis, and GoIT expressly disclaims any warranties or conditions (express or implied), including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement
7.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that your computer equipment is compatible with the Site.
GoIT shall not be liable for the inability to access information materials posted in the GoIT information and telecommunications system and/or the Site for any technical or other reasons beyond GoIT’s control and not related to the normal operation of the specified information and telecommunications system and/or the Site. In the event of technical deficiencies in the operation of the GoIT information and telecommunications system, at the your request, GoIT must ensure their correction in the shortest possible time.
7.4. In no event shall GoIT’s total liability exceed the price of the Services paid by you in the previous 12 months.
7.5. You acknowledge and agree that the limitations of liability set forth in these Terms are reasonable and fair.
7.6. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoIT from all claims, liabilities, expenses, and damages (to the extent attributable to you under the applicable law), including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party related to: (a) your use or attempted use of the Services in breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or rights of any third party; or (c) your contents, including without limitation any claim of infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
7.7. You and GoIT are released from responsibility for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of its obligations under the Terms, if such non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment occurred as a result of circumstances of force majeure (force majeure) that such Party could not foresee and warn. A written certificate issued by an authorized state body at the place of the Party’s activity or the Party’s place of registration is sufficient proof of the existence and duration of the above-mentioned circumstances.
7.8. Under circumstances of force majeure (force majeure) the Parties understand:
a) circumstances of force majeure, the effect of which can be caused by exceptional weather conditions and natural disasters (Acts of God), an emergency in the field of health care (for example, epidemic, pandemic, strong storm, cyclone, hurricane, tornado, storm, flood, accumulation of snow, ice, hail, frost, freezing of the sea, earthquake, lightning, fire, drought, subsidence and landslide, other natural disasters, etc.);
b) unforeseen circumstances that occur regardless of the will and desire of the Parties (threat of war, armed conflict or serious threat of such a conflict, including, but not limited to, enemy attacks, blockades, military embargoes, actions of a foreign enemy, general or partial military mobilization, military actions, declaration of martial law, declared and undeclared war, act of public enemy, disturbances, acts of terrorism, sabotage, piracy, riots, invasions, revolutions, mutinies, insurrections, mass riots, curfews, expropriations, expropriations, seizure of enterprises, requisitions, public demonstrations, blockade, strike, accident, illegal actions of third parties, fire, explosion, long interruptions in the operation of transport, etc.);
c) restrictive actions of the relevant executive authorities, including quarantine, as well as conditions related to the elimination of consequences caused by exceptional weather conditions and unforeseen situations.
7.9. GoIT has the right to compensation for damages incurred in the event of your dissemination of knowingly false information that has caused and/or may cause harm to the business reputation of GoIT, the honor and dignity of its team. For such actions, GoIT has the right to demand from you a public refutation of false information, and also has the right to compensation for the damage caused by the dissemination of false information in full, as well as compensation for all expenses incurred by GoIT in connection with such violation of its rights and for their restoration, including, but not limited to, court costs, costs of legal, consulting, attorney and other similar services. You undertake to pay the specified compensation within 7 (seven) business days from the date of sending you the corresponding written claim from GoIT.
8. Privacy
8.1. All issues related to the use, processing and protection of your personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms and is posted on the Site at the link: https://goit.global/et/privacy-policy/.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Regulation of legal relationships arising from separate contracts or additional agreements that you may enter into with GoIT for the provision of a certain type of Services may be carried out under the law of another state at the discretion of GoIT.
10. Jurisdiction, Arbitration and Class Waiver
10.1. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding the breach, termination or invalidity of these Terms, shall be finally resolved by arbitration under The Court of Arbitration of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry unless otherwise provided in separate contracts or additional agreements that may be entered into between you and GoIT for the provision of certain Services. The arbitration shall be conducted by sole arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Tallinn. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
10.2. Neither you nor GoIT agree to any arbitration of any class action matter, and the arbitrator shall accordingly have no authority to arbitrate any such class action. A party may bring a claim or counterclaim only as an independent party and not as a co-plaintiff in any class action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims and/or claims of more than one person, regardless of the basis of such claim and/or claim, and may not hear any class actions. Pursuant to this arbitration agreement, the arbitrator shall have the right to consider class actions and/or consolidate the claims of two or more persons only with the written consent of all parties to such a case in arbitration.
10.3. By agreeing to arbitrate any dispute as provided in this Terms, you agree that you are waiving your right to a panel of judges/arbitrators and limiting your right to appeal. You understand and acknowledge that you are waiving your rights to other available dispute resolution procedures, such as the right to legal action and trial.
11. Other Provisions
11.1. These Terms and all other provisions referenced herein contain the entire agreement between you and GoIT regarding the use of the Services.
11.2. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and GoIT as a result of these Terms or use of the Services.
11.3. GoIT shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations arising from any force majeure or cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, namely: fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, tropical storm or other natural disaster; war, riot, arson, embargo, acts of civil or military authority or terrorism; strikes or shortages of vehicles, other facilities, fuel, labour or materials; failure of telecommunications infrastructure or information services; hacking, spam or any failure of a computer, server or software, as long as such event continues to affect our work and makes it impossible to properly fulfill the obligations assumed.
11.4. Certain links on the Site will let you leave the Site. Please note that the Site may also contain links to other linked sites that are not controlled by GoIT and GoIT is not responsible for the content of any linked sites and the content published on such sites. GoIT also does not bear any responsibility for the privacy policy of the linked sites.
11.5. The provisions of these Terms are valid until they are terminated/changed by GoIT.
11.6. By accepting the provisions of these Terms, you express your consent to receive marketing and advertising materials from GoIT, regardless of the term of these Terms. At the same time, you may withdraw the specified consent at any time by sending a corresponding notification to GoIT’s address.
11.7. You confirm and guarantee that you do not carry out your economic (in particular business) activities on the territory of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, do not cooperate with individuals who are citizens of the Russian Federation and/or the Republic of Belarus, and legal entities registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and/or the Republic of Belarus, and are not a citizen of the Russian Federation and/or the Republic of Belarus.
11.8. You confirm and guarantee that you do not execute agreements to which the Russian Federation or persons associated with the aggressor state are a party, do not interact with persons of the Russian Federation who are subject to sanctions against the Russian Federation, and do not help to circumvent the specified sanctions.
