- Have at least 4 years of proven experience in sales in B2C and constantly improving your sales skills
- Know how to manage a team, set KPIs and tasks, monitor deadlines, teach and inspire your team members
- Understand that launching a new business is challenging and requires high involvement. If you are looking for a job with a fixed schedule from 9 am to 5 pm – this opportunity won’t be suitable for you.
- Speak Russian and Romanian to cooperate with all the team.
- Are interested in the IT industry and use modern technologies in everyday life
- Are self-organized and can work remotely (later we plan to locate our office in Bucharest so you will be able to work with our team from the office as well)
What will you do
- Make market research, analyze new sales channels, build sales system, plan activities, and report on them
- Make calls to potential clients, work with objections, provide consultations and explain advantages of the product and share all necessary info (links, descriptions, references)
- Create, organize, and manage the work of a sales team, set up goals, KPIs and motivate the team to reach them
- Work with CRM: put all info about the client into CRM, keep the system up to date, analytics
- Manage and conduct webinars
- Creation of new or adaptation of existing sales scripts, business process, algorithms of work process
- Sign contracts with students, control and receive payments.
- Take an active part in team meetings
