To join and strengthen the Ukrainian marketing team we are looking for a Head of User Acquisition for the Polish market.
- Promoting strategy for company’s products on the market;
- Scaling of existing traffic sources and finding new ones. First of all: Facebook, Google, TikTok, influencers;
- Planning, configuration, launch, optimization and control of advertising campaigns;
- Team management and involvement in recruitment process (1:1 with the team, sharing feedback, weekly and monthly task planning);
- Improvement of hypothesis testing and implementation of its results;
- Performance planning and efficiency analysis;
- Participation in budgeting process for marketing and its control;
- Traffic segments testing and analysis;
- Advertising testing and analysis;
- Control of internal data funnel;
- Writing technical tasks for a copywriter, designer;
- Work in cooperation with cross-functional teams;
- Setting the regular reporting process and analytics;
- Achieving lead generation’s KPIs;
- Offering new approaches and ideas for development.
- 2+ years of experience in team leading (~5 employees);
- 5+ years experience in marketing;
- English level – Advanced;
- Experience in building user acquisition in companies with revenues from $500,000 per month;
- Experience in international markets will be a plus;
- Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics;
- Additionally: Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads;
- Strong managerial skills;
- Understanding the principles of end-to-end analytics and attribution;
- Understanding cross-conversions;
- Experience in building remarketing;
- Orientation on sales and revenue;
- Attention to numbers, notices anomalies and inconsistencies;
