We became a leader of tech online-education in Ukraine. Now, more than 15 000 students are currently studying with us. 2300 of our graduates work as developers in Ukraine. We also teach programming to students in Poland, Romania, the USA, Mexico, Colombia and the Philippines.
We are the only IT educational company in Ukraine that has the right to issue diplomas of higher education of an international standard, recognized in 60+ countries of the world.
Our main product is a LMS (Learning Management System) application that allows automatic verification of student code and makes the online learning process gamified. In 2023, our LMS won the “Product of the Day” and “Product of the Week” awards on the international startup platform Product Hunt.
Currently, the company unites 600+ people and we don’t plan to stop.
To strengthen our Romanian team now we are looking for a Career Consultant.
Your responsibilities:
- Checking and maintaining the database of resumes of students
- Conducting webinars for students
- Individual counseling for students and graduates upon their request
- Permanent maintenance of the list of active and employed students
- Personal attendance at student graduations and project presentations
- Communication with students from the moment of graduation and within 6 months after graduation on employment issues (analysis of student activity in the search, recommendations on what can be improved, etc.)
- Formation of student’s groups for group consultations
- Reviewing student resumes
- Cross-checking profiles in Linkedin
Requirements:
- Work experience as an IT recruiter, HR, career consultant, business trainer, coach
- Additional education in the field of coaching or career counseling will be a plus
- Fluent Romanian
- Upper Intermediate English
- Public speaking skills
- Propensity to work with numbers and large amounts of data
- Passion for education, confirmed by completed courses and read books
